The Opportunity

As a result of our continued growth and demand for our services, we are seeking to appoint a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor who will be based in our office in Dunfermline. We see this as an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our supportive, high-performing team, handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish.

 

We are looking for:

  • a Qualified Solicitor with experience and a track record in property law.
  • a proven ability to manage a full caseload with confidence and efficiency ;
  • a client-focused approach, delivering high -quality service with strong communication skills ;
  • meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure when necessary to meet deadlines;
  • a commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing positively to the overall business aims.

 

If you can:

  • manage a full caseload of residential property purchases and sales, ensuring smooth transactions for clients;
  • handle all aspects of conveyancing transactions, from missives to completion;
  • provide expert legal advice and outstanding customer service to clients throughout their property journey;
  • liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure efficient case progression; and
